Individual sessions are $150 for 50 minutes, and couples or family sessions are $175 for 50 minutes.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. Please reach out to inquire.

In Ontario, all psychotherapists are regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). This Means every therapist you see must meet rigorous education, training, and ethical standards.
The “Qualifying” desgination means I am completing a supervised practice period, a required stage where I provide therapy under the guidance of an expereiences, approved clinical supervisor. This is a standard part of becoming fully registered.
Your sessions are fully protected by the same professional standards, ethical requirements, and confidentiality obligations that apply to all registered psychotherapists in Ontario. -
Sessions are primarily offered virtually through my private practice. I also offer in-person sessions at a clinic in Markham. If you’re interested in in-person appointments, feel free to reach out for availability and location details.

At this time, I do not offer direct billing. After each session, you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your coverage.

Therapy looks different for everyone. Most clients work with me for 3–12 months, but we move at a pace that feels supportive and aligned with your goals.

The consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. You can share a bit about what’s bringing you in, and I can answer any questions you have about the process. It’s really about helping you feel comfortable and confident in your next step.

The first one to two sessions focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. Some clients prefer to use this space to share their story, while others may want more structure. I tailor the pace and structure to what feels most comfortable for you.
