In Ontario, all psychotherapists are regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). This Means every therapist you see must meet rigorous education, training, and ethical standards.
The “Qualifying” desgination means I am completing a supervised practice period, a required stage where I provide therapy under the guidance of an expereiences, approved clinical supervisor. This is a standard part of becoming fully registered.
Your sessions are fully protected by the same professional standards, ethical requirements, and confidentiality obligations that apply to all registered psychotherapists in Ontario. -

The first one to two sessions focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. Some clients prefer to use this space to share their story, while others may want more structure. I tailor the pace and structure to what feels most comfortable for you.
