A little about me
My path into this work grew from my own journey of making sense of myself, my relationships, and the experiences that have shaped me, as well as from the people I have had the privilege of meeting through my community and EAP work. I sincerely hope to offer people warmth, compassion, and acceptance, and to walk alongside them as they move toward lives that feel more fully their own.
I work with adolescents aged 14 and older, university and college students, young adults, and individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents. I offer individual, couples, and family sessions, and I also work with parents and caregivers when supporting adolescents, whether that is family relationships, parent and child communication, or the bumps that come with growing up in between cultures.
People come to me with many things: anxiety, low mood, trauma and C-PTSD, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism and questions of self-worth, relationship and family concerns, grief and loss, work and academic stress, ADHD and neurodivergence, identity exploration, cross-cultural adjustment, immigration experiences, and major life transitions. Whatever you bring, we will make sense of it together, at your pace.
Outside of work, you will usually find me spending time with my two cats, playing video games, watching anime and TV shows, or out in nature whenever I get the chance.
Strengths-based and collaborative, drawing on evidence-informed approaches matched to you.
Trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy, gentle structure for processing hard experiences.
Making room for difficult feelings while moving toward what matters to you.
Working with the emotions and attachment needs beneath your patterns.
Getting curious about the parts of you that pull in different directions.
Building from what is already working in you, not just what feels broken.
Space for the big questions: identity, meaning, and who you are becoming.
