A little about me
Kate Katkouskaya
Something happened. You should be over it by now. You are not. That is usually the whole story: an accident, a traumatic event, something from childhood, relationships that keep hurting the same way, years of anxiety, or just never feeling like enough. If it made the world feel less safe, even quietly, it is real, and “get over it” was never going to work. I know, because I have carried it too, and found my way through it.
You do not have to have it figured out before we start. We will get into how you got here, how you learned to survive it, and what is still running underneath everything you do now, at whatever pace works for you. If you are ready to go straight for the root of it, we will go there. If you need steady ground first, we will build that first. Either way, the goal is not to get better at carrying this. It is to actually get through it.
Seven years of coaching came before this, and it is still where my directness comes from. Off the clock, you will find me on a tennis court, lifting weights, curled up with a book, or sunk into the sofa with a movie.
You do not have to perform being fine here. Tired, stuck, still hurting: whatever is true right now is welcome.
