I became a therapist because I believe there is something powerful about having a space where you can finally stop holding everything together. So many of us learn to push through, take care of others, or make sense of our experiences on our own, even when a part of us is saying, “I can’t keep doing this.” Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what is happening beneath the surface.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. I am not here to tell you who you should be or give you a list of things to fix. Instead, I want to understand your world from the inside out: what you have been through, how you learned to cope, and what might be keeping you stuck today. We will work at a pace that feels right for you, with curiosity, compassion, and the occasional gentle challenge when it feels helpful.

I draw primarily from EFT and IFS, integrating emotion-focused, parts-based, and trauma-informed approaches to help you understand yourself with more compassion and create meaningful change. I also incorporate CBT, DBT, and somatic strategies when helpful, offering practical tools to support emotional regulation and help you feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. I am especially drawn to working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and the patterns that can develop when you have spent a long time putting everyone else first.

Outside of therapy, you will usually find me doing Pilates or yoga, walking my dog, going for a walk, trying a new recipe, or spending time with the people I love. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self, not a polished version of you, but the real one.
